WEBINAR:  Sage Tips for a Smooth Year-End Closeout

Year-end madness does not have to get the best of you this year!  Join Belinda Harwell  to learn tips that will streamline your Sage closeout processes. In just 90 minutes, she will show you:

  • Important information and reminders for year-end processing
  • Closing the year in Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Contracts, Equipment Cost, Job Cost and General Ledger
  • Using Aatrix to produce Payroll W-2 forms, quarterly tax forms and ACA forms, and for Accounts Payable 1099 forms
  • Best practices for file maintenance and data archiving

Note:  To maximize your experience, dual monitors are suggested, but not required.  In advance of the class, make sure you can access the Sage Year-End Procedures manual, as this class will reference the manual.  Find the Sage Year-End Manual in the Sage Desktop/Help/Products Documents.  Click on Sage 300/Year End.  If the 2018 manual is not out, please refer to the 2017 edition.

Belinda Harwell has worked in the construction industry since 1976, and has been Sage Timberline certified since 2000.  She has worked with over 350 clients, having performed over 80 full implementations and third party conversions for engineering and construction clients.  Her expertise is core accounting, Job Cost and Project Management, and revenue applications.  She has taught all of the accounting and job cost applications, and the Timberline report writer in Sage Authorized Training Centers as well as Timberline user group conferences.

Belinda's construction industry experience began with taking material orders from builders and tracking inventory for a branch building materials supply house, to setting up and implementing job cost accounting systems for contractors, subcontractors, builders, engineers, architects, and environmental firms, to bookkeeping and accounting for them all.
